    Car info

    I know it’s a long shot but does anyone know anything about this S4?

    Any major concerns over this being a US import?

    I would be more concerned about someone who would put those wheels on an S4
    2020 Toyota Corolla Hatch (At least its a Manual!)

      Haha, I agree. Nice thing about wheels is they can be changed.

          But people like him are the reason I get lowballed everyday on my S4 10K it must be broke as **** and needs a timing belt control arms probably etc.

                  Yep took it off the market for the winter will put back up in the spring.

                    I found a car in Van that has 102,xxx km on it that I am considering. It has an APR Stage 1 chip installed; does this present any concerns on maintenance?

                    Does any know of a good mechanic in Van that I could have inspect the car?

                      102K has it had the T-Belt done?

                        I asked about the timing belt and water pump this morning and his response was:

                        The timing belt and water pump assemblies were recently inspected and they do not require replacement. We are not the first owners but I am pretty sure the water pump and belt have been replaced before.
                        If I go through with an inspection of the car I will ask for this to be confirmed.

                        Does anyone have CARFAX?

                          TBelt isnt something you Eff around with... so basically >1k repair right off the bat. You wouldnt have done it much earlier than 102... maybe based on age rather than mileage.

                          In all honesty... Id wait for a Stage 3 car. Saves you a lot of hassle down the road if something does happen with the turbos. You can get them quite cheap in the States.

                            I have spent some time looking around but most of the cars for sale down in the US seem to have high mileage. This 'seems' to be a well taken care of car with low km’s so I figure it could be a good pick up…
