Dirty, dirt girl........

So took the avant to Vernon/Kelowna for the holidays. Had a great time but the car took a bit of a beating. Left Calgary with a perfect windshield and returned with 4 big rock chips and a 6 " crack. The Rogers pass was seriously sketchy and a bit scary but needless to say came home basically unscathed. Luckily the windshield took the brunt of the abuse. Never had my car this dirty in my life......





Spent $15 today trying to clean her up a bit. There was so much mud and dirt in the wheels that even after that, I drove home and the car was shaking like crazy. Realized when I got home that I missed a bunch of spots on the wheels causing the wheels to be unbalanced. Oh well.

doh on the windshield.. you going to replace it? the AR had a brand new one when we bought it and now it has bout 8 chips and 1 big long crack. i ****** hate alberta for this crap

I'd say Rogers Pass in the middle of winter is comparable to Alberta.

You should have seen how brown my van was yesterday doing through the pass. The roads where really not that bad as long as you where not stupid but we did pass a rather bad accident where it looks like someone pinballed off the barriers on either side of the street.

last year i was blasting back during winter to calgary from vancouver, sections were so bad you couldn't see anything passing semis, hold your breath! haha

anyway i get into town i couldn't believe it the entire engine bay of the deez was packed full of snow, even with the turbo going pretty good it was still there!!!

f*cking sh!t. Couldn't get to Revy two mornings ago, so shredded Kicking Horse. Then got to Revy that night, and on our way home last night, ran into delays again. The should tunnel all of the avy zones.

Just got back today, I don't know what that crap is they spray on the roads but it's nasty stuff. We added a few new chips.
