Grease nipple

I am doing some work on my quad replacing the upper control arm bushings. The aftermarket kit I bought includes some grease nipples that have to be drilled and tapped into the control arm. I found that the grease nipple will thread into a 1/4 NF DIE. Does anybody know what size drill bit I should use for a 1/4 tap?

Check out this table for reference, should be a #3, or in real life terms its pretty darn close to a 7/32
