tire sizes?

Anyone ever run 225/35/19's in town? Rims are 19x9 et29. for a audi a4 B7 wagon

I want to have a subtle stretch going on but am pretty sure Ill end up blowing out tires and bending rims every time I leave the house with the roads they are here.

edit: Just googled some pics. Doesn't look excessive. Definitely drivable without issues.

I have 225/35/19 on my 19x8.5 and 235/35/19 on 19x9.5 on my b7 wagon and it's not really that much stretch .. it should be fine .. although I haven't hit any really big potholes yet

all depends on the tires james

i just run 235/35/19 all around on 19x8.5s and i could probably get away with 215s for stretch but stretch is out like hammer pants nowadays to me

I have 225/35/19s on my 8.5s and I would consider 215s doing it over again so 225s on 9s should be no biggie.

I had 225/35/18 last summer and they were fine, a bit of stretch but not tons
