Hey does anyone know were I can get one of those bolt measuring tools locally?

cant you just use a ruler or measuring tape? if its four bolt, measure from center to center across the center of the wheel. For 5 bolt measure from cent of one hole to the outer edge of a hole 2 away from it.

Alright I always thought you could only measure even number bolt patterns accurately.
