This is why I love the interwebzzzz. Clearly many people missed the point of that whole thread. Yes, my full intention WAS to get the ATTENTION of everyone so they would know what concept 1 was like. ALSO, it was meant to get the ATTENTION of the owner Ken, which IT DID!!! Therefore yes, I am an attention whore. My point was made, Ken spoke up and explained himself (and on behalf of his shop) and everything was settled. I also spoke with Ken in person and he assured me that if I decided to come back to concept, he would take care of me. To which I told him that if I decide to go back, I will definitely deal with him because of the way HE as the OWNER handled the situation and tried to make up for the mistake of his employees.

but then again what do I know. I'm just a douche who is obviously the ONLY ONE who's ever had a problem with the service at concept. I mean read the thread again...nobody else spoke up about problems
