Hey guys,
My girlfriend and I will be attending SAIT this upcoming year and it's about time to start looking for a place to rent.
Looking for a townhouse or 1/2 duplex to start renting Aug. 1st or 15th. ~$1300 a month rent would be good; give or take. 2+ Bedrooms, garage is a must, Age is not too important as long as it's clean, close to transit/SAIT would be nice, safe neighborhood, etc.
What areas should I stay away from? I need somewhere that I can't be scared for my girlfriend to walk to the bus by herself.
We would prefer to have a place of our own but we may consider an upstairs suite as long as its secure.
If anyone is or knows of someone that is renting out a place, I would surely appreciate it.
