Where to buy decent HID kit?

from all the rain last week i burnt out one of my ballasts :(
i have a philips kit i bought many years ago from a place in quebec xenon depot or something like that.. the h7 bulbs are fine but i'd probably just buy a whole new ballast/bulb kit since they are pretty cheap nowadays

any places locally? or just ebay it up?

for this price just get it for the ballasts. the 55W might shorten the life of your bulb though
