Using wwwthefinalcost.com proves to me it's not worth it. even if the wheels and tires are $3500 bucks you only save $73 in brokerage and $15 in disbursements. 10 hours of driving + border headaches for $90 bucks? I sure hope an hours of your time is worth more than $9.
    Cool website!

Is that website reliable? Is it pretty accurate?

I guess brokerage and disbursements are the only things I need to worry about. I would have to pay duty and GST at the boarder anyway. Right?

    I appreciate your help.

It's close but not bang on. Close enough for these purposes. Yes you will have to pay duty and GST at the border regardless. I would just ship them.

You could always have them shipped using fed-ex freight, then tell them you will be brokering them yourself, it is inconvenient to hit the customs office, but it saved me a bunch on my transmission
I may appear to be nice, but don't be fooled, I probably don't like you

Earlier in the year I bought 17" wheels from a US seller (not company). Having them shipped to Eureka (same distance as Sweetgrass but more enjoyable drive) via UPS or Fedex was $200. USPS to my house was $300. Had him ship them individually over a week so value was under $200 each time, and never paid anything to Canada Post. Be different since it sounds like your wheels are new and expensive but still reasonable if USPS.

That is one committed seller, I think I would personally tell you to pound sand. As discussed earlier in this thread, the issue is that time is money, in order to individually ship four separate times takes a mountain of time.

Luckily you didn't have to deal with an ******* like me
