    Re: LOw profile jack

lol i know its "ghetto" but if you already have a jack thats 8" tall and you really don't feel like buying a low profile jack thats worth it, its a cheap solution that works. BTW don't consider the snap on or MAC ones, they are the same height as the low canadian tire/ princess auto ones and 20x the price... but if being baller is your thing do it!

I wouldn't buy the Canadian Tire one, I've broke two of them in a year and a half.

both canadian tire and princess auto have lifetime warranties basically.

they're almost identical and they both work great.

canadian tire one is good, as for the jack pad, just take a hockey puck, and cut it.

i honestly wouldnt waste your money on snap-on jacks. they make great wrenches and sockets and they honestly cant be beat, but their other stuff...you're just paying for the name.

I actually agree with this with the exception of their air tools. Expensive but do make a difference. The fact that they have gone so far downhill that they attach their name to costco junk now is fact enough.
