Not digging alot of the new releases from UKF, or anything on beatport. Dubstep is being flooded by garbage lately. Right now I'm looking forward to excisions new releases and flux pavilions new album.

Agree ^ All their new releases feel flowery and somewhat recycled. Excision is definitely more to my taste

Last night was insane!!!! bassnectar for sure hit the top 3 of my favorite shows this year. Looking forward to Excision in 2 weeks... hopefully you can make out what he is playing this time (anyone who went to bass cannon would understand that comment)

They just gave away their whole ep for free. Its more electro than dub but wow are they good. I honestly think they are the #1 artists that most people want to see right now. If they come to calgary its going to be a sell out show in pre-sale. Even if rob swire and gareth come in with pendulum I'm going.

I honestly can't think of a song that I dislike from them, my favorite right now is antidote which is a collaboration with swedish house mafia

Btw this is a big week for dubstep in calgary. Roksonix is playing republik on saturday and Kill the noise (from skrillex's owsla label) will be playing republik next thursday.
