I've been teasing him on facebook, he's still the same old andrew.

Glad he's getting better though, I miss his sarcastic responses to everything I have to say.

Good luck and have a speedy recovery, I kinda know what its like having lower back surgery almost two years ago now, but hopefully you dont have to go through all the crap like I had to with the pain clinic and living on drugs.

Wow, that must have been quite a frightening experience.

Wish you a full and speedy recovery dood, hope all goes well and you are 100% soon.

It's events like this that really put all the car stuff in perspective. I love it as much as the next guy, well, maybe not as much as Andrew considering his build thread, but it really doesn't matter in comparison to your health.

Glad to hear the surgery went well. I would be a basket case if someone told me they had to operate on my spine. Physio takes patience and discipline. You seem to have both. Good luck.

All I can say is dont give up Ive been there and the specailist all said I wouldnt be able to where Im at now . (different thing but setbacks also) hopefully you dont have to do the drivers test thing, that one sucks big time.

Surgery went well. Got feeling back can wiggle toes and move legs.
I failed my walking test twice yesterday so it's a little frustrating. Something so easy right now so hard. Pass that and do some other stuff and I can get out of here. Definetly sick of the hospital. It's pretty boring.
Hoping to be home by the weekend.
Next few months are going to be slow but hopefully should go ok.

                            Thanks again.

I really can't say thanks enough to the people on here. The texts, calls, people stopping by for visits, to drop off lunch or video games and movies. I owe you guys so much.
Were all here because we like cars but what makes this such an awesome community is how everyone seems to help each other out.
I was able to begin walking today, managed about a forty foot walk with a walker. Can do trips to the bathroom with a cane now. Don't feel very stable on my legs but doc says it's normal to feel like that.

Thanks again to everyone who's been to visit, made food, called etc. When I get out of here we'll have to have a beer
