Any HVAC guys on here?

I am looking for a way to reduce humidity in my garage. I was looking at a heat recovery ventilator:

It looks like this would work, but I don't know much about them. I'm just looking for input.

For background, my garage is 440sq ft and heated by an electric heater, so currently no fresh air intake.
