Re: Traffic Ticket - Yellow Light Infraction....doesn't make sense

ask for disclosure, those are the notes if going to trial.

It will get dismissed, but the officer does have the right to re-issue a corrected ticket within 6 months.
maybe the officer quoted the wrong act - HTA/TSA ????

edit: purple mazda, the officer probably thought they were busting some gangsta's (some stereotyping)

For the compensation the structure and type woud be near impossible to do.

You might have better results by putting the officers pay in question. Allow him to have so many paid court visits with it being mandatory to show up for them as well. They might think twice about writing a bs ticket if they knew they might not get paid for it.

Right now the system works like this, they give you a ticket and know that if you fight it probably OT pay for them. Yeah it can take awhile to get to the courts, but hey the more BS tickets they write the more OT they can collect. Just keep writing so many tickets a month and the OT keeps coming in.

Wouldn't it be nice to control cash flow that way?

I think court dates are now into next Jan and Feb, they know they need to pay the Christmas bills that month.

        Hahaha Psych Test.

That is a joke. A friend of mine used to do the Psych evals for CPS and quit doing it. After he gave tons of failures out, one interview stuck in his head, for how exceptionally bad it was. Months go by, he gets pulled over for making an unsafe pass. The guy is 58, never had a ticket, accident, in his life, and is seriously the most anal driver when it comes to being precise and responsible.

Looky who the cop is, the guy he gave the fail to.

CPS is stupid easy to get in, they just need warm bodies.

Letter came friday, the courts have no record on their end of the ticket so they've dismissed it.

This bothers me, because if she had just paid the ticket the city would happily have taken the money and not told her otherwise.
Lesson is kids, fight every ticket, if only to delay the payment date by 12+ months
