Superior Paint and Body (downtown) Any Good?

Does anyone have good/bad stories about Superior Paint and Body in Calgary?

Girlfriend's GTI got in a minor fender bender (new front bumper will be needed) and although we know we can take it anywhere (I prefer Cosmos) her insurance company is actually offering an incentive (better rental car offer) to take it to Superior. It's also 2 blocks from her work and walking distance from our house, so we're keen to do this.

It's a 2002 GTI and kinda beat up so we're not super crazy - but she would like it nice since she was thinking about selling it this year - it has like 85K only.

Thoughts?

whats the incentive they are offering?

The first thing that comes to my mind is "why are they offering an incentive", and red flags immediately go up

As in the post above, nice rental car for us for the next few weeks, and less hassle in general for us.

And yes obviously I wouldn't be asking if anyone had actual experience at Superior Paint and Body if I wasn't being cautious.

Soo... has anyone gone there?

I believe my moms altima was taken there after it was recovered from being stolen. No hassle in dealing with them and the car looked good as new.

My Legacy was completely covered in hail damage (every panel) and they pdr'd it all in 2 days. I couldn't find a flaw. Mind you, subarus are aluminum so easier to work on. It's Aviva's recommended shop - I had no complaints. The 2nd time it was written off so they just let me strip the car in their yard.
