    Re: Sad Day

^agreed, my buddy got in a small rear ender and didn't sue for personal damages because he felt fine, fast forward 6 months and he couldn't even sit in a chair for extended periods due to back pain and was seeing a chiropractor every week just to make it bearable.

In events like that it would be my personal goal to make sure that person could never afford to drive again (hope someone would do the same to me if I hit them being stupid like that). So I wouldn't feel bad if I were you taking this further and squeezing every penny out you can. Yea people make mistakes, but when you are dealing with people's lives, no one that makes a mistake like that deserves another chance. I am wondering if they gave you a good settlement on your so you wouldn't press with personal damages??

        Re: Sad Day

My first case of whiplash 15 years ago took about 3 weeks before I couldn't even more my neck. It gets better and worse all the time. The last accident I had just over 6 years ago took 3 years of pyhsio to even come close to fixing and I am still always in pain. Going to a chiropractor has helped. So keep in mind that just because you feel ok today you might not down the road.

never sue until about 6 months later, but make sure you're prepared to do it and have the ball rolling from day one. just say you need to be evaluated first.
