Mitsubishi Lancer EVO look alike

Well I was driving when I saw this lancer going all crazy over the roads. So I was like damn is that an EVO? It had the rims and everything, huge ass spoiler and yellow.

I totally wanted to see the speed of the car so I pull over at the lights and see its a girl.... she initially didnt want to race off the line but as we were driving she guns it. So i slam the pedal catch up and pass her easily.

It totally looked like an evo but I know there are some look alikes and this was defintely one of them. What are the specs on them?

stock lancers have a whopping 120 HP.. that kinda funny why somebody would make their car look like a 300HP beast i imagine she gets revved all day long

Yeah I saw that too. This is the second one I saw just like it except in a different color. It might be older evo versions?

hrmm.. i've run into a true STI wrx now and I was amazed on that thing it was awesome for the whole racer image. This was back in the fall and the guy gave me a thumbs up so i have him a nice one back but damn man that car looked great..

Ok I was looking on the web and the car was either a Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart, OZ racing, Magma or something named like that. I can remember seeing some little lettering on the right hand side bumper but couldnt see what it said.

Ralliarts have a lot of different stuff. SOHC MIVEC engine with 153hp/153lb/ft, three stage cam (kinda like VTEC). Lower and stiffer springs than the OZ, different sway bars, 16inch wheels, factory EVO tails. Not made to be a "EVO lookalike" but rather a middle ground between the gutless OZ edition and the (still unavailable to Canada) EVO. Mitsu will be doing the same thing with the "ralliart" badge as Mazdaspeed, Nismo and the like.

Also, love 'em or hate 'em for 23,500 all in (all taxes, gst, tire/air tax), these cars are nice and handle great, trust me on this one . I know it's not German, but it doesn't have a German price tag either, lol.
