update:

called today, told the guy i was looking to leave and was tired of the run around (there was already notes on my file from previous calls). he put me through to customer loyalty group. within under 5 minutes i had been approved for a 32GB phone, with 3 free months, couriered out to me arriving friday.
and this is why im staying with rogers.

Nice Finally all sorted out. They have been a little slow with deliveries lately it seems to don't hold your breath for Friday, took 1.5 weeks for 3 of our phones to come in the last couple weeks, normally 4 days.
