Where to get Rogers Iphone4?

I phoned 611 on my old iphone last Thursday, explained to the rep that I was sick and tired of trying to get one at their stores, or bigger places like best buy ( best buy always had telus and bell iphones just sitting there waiting to be grabbed up, only had 1 rogers phone come in to them in three months...)

Rep transferred me to customer service, dood there asked me which one I wanted 16gb or 32gb and it's supposed to arrive in the mail tomorrow.

They told me the same thing, I told them that I know someone that got a phone from them (my ping golf rep) and i was sent to customer service.

I was extremely polite the whole time, and just expressed how frustrating the whole process had been up to that point.

I'm being 100% truth full with you here, just so you know, they definitely do get them in and they definitely do sell them.

andrew just buy an unlocked one from the apple store.. no contract big FU to rogers.. pay monthly.. done deal

If you got saved $25/month to buy it outright, then I would scrap the contract, but there is no real advantage. I'll sign the contract and risk it if I want to cancel early.

If you do try this (I gave it a shot)...Make sure you get there at least an hour before the store opens, as they don't take appointments for activating the iPhones. If you just walk in early in the morning after the doors are opened they'll just laugh at you and tell you they can't help you today.

Customer service at the apple store was one of the worst experiences I have ever been through (and I drive an Audi and thought I had already seen the worst of the worst a the dealership lol)

i just came from the apple store and will never go back. its a joke. the guy told me to get there at 730am tomorrow and i MIGHT get a phone. told him to **** off i didn't need this headache.

the rogers girl gave me a line on a store getting some tomorrow and the time of delivery so to call. if i cant get one then they're gonna be bending over backwards to keep my 15 years of loyalty and 3 accounts.

Why won't they sell an iPhone over the phone? Seems very weird, my last 6 blackberry's have all come from Rogers customer service or retentions, haven't set foot in a store for a new phone for 5 years.

neither had i. new company policy. a policy thats about to lose them 4 life long customers. 2 of which are on some large plans that makes rogers a good amount of cash.

when you have two corporate unlimited plans on your account both running well over $500/mth each....companies should give a ****.

they might make pennies on other accounts, but when you're using a phone as much as the other two are being used, they're making decent coin a month off of both of them. My phone when it was active was usually like $400+/mth and they can see that.
