This is a plea from the rest of us that were smart and put winters on.
We dont want to watch you slide backwards down small hill and onramps.
We dont want to sit behind you at a light while you spin your wheels going nowhere
and we certainly dont want to push you out cause you're too lazy to put some real tires on.

You know the praries have snow and cold winters. Buy an appropriate tire

Agree 100% and that goes for "all" seasons too, don't kid yourself those aren't winter tires.

I haven't put on the winter tires on my winter ride yet so its city limo and white nikes for me for the next couple days

My winters are in storage for another few more weeks until we get the new house, I was hoping the major now would hold off till Dec. The 19's might as well be made of plastic.

And then I just push them out of my way, get up and leave.

the roads today were just freaking brutal especially in the NW but it almost seems little to no work has been done to them.. crowchild was crazy snow covered but i did notice sanding/rocks on exits which is good/bad lol

i'm having a hard time deciding if i want to buy some snow tires for the baron since it has allseasons now.. the tires are worth as much as the car probably but would still be better than the motomasters i have on it now (plus one has a bubble)

but today i spun all over the place i almost didn't make it up sarcee trail hill to country hills blvd on my way home

i'll probably just shell the money out

Yeah its fucking irritating! Its not like its a fluk september snow storm!! Its mid november already!!!!

BTW, does the city not put any kind of snow tires on the city buses? It seems as though half the time when traffic is backed up, its because a fucking bus is sideways on the road or stuck in one of the two open lanes!

Vancouver drivers shouldn't use summers in the winter, even though we don't have snow. It still gets cold and icy here with all the rain. Not my responsibility to push people around town.

derek i don't think so.. busses are pretty heavy maybe thats why? i remember riding the bus last year and the dude SPUN the entire way up a little hill it was seriously a 2 block long zzzzzZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzz people were just laughing on the bus as the dude just kept flooring it.. i was ready to just ask to get out and walk
i'm sure the transit passes would cost 10/ticket if winters got put on.. i'm not sure
