We've been Flames season ticket holders for 5 years now...generally shitty seats, weren't as bad last year tho. I just heard that Tanguay AND Jokinnen are both comong back....wife and I have decided that we will not renew and will get Hitmen tickets instead...better hockey, better seats, waaay better price.

We picked up Hitmen Season Tickets just for World Jr. package, but I could not seat through a whole season of Hitmen hockey that is for sure.

Love Hitmen hockey. Cheap, wicked seats, and pretty much guaranteed a win.

Or I could pay 3 times that, get shitty seats, then watch a team flail about. Much rather watch that on TV for free.

Will be neat to see how the season pans out with those two back, although I could really care less. Bored of watching another American team win a championship that they couldn't give a **** about.

I prefer hitmen usually, there has been many times they have played a better game than the flames that you actually feel like watching.....

Take the one game I went to a few years back that ended 14-2 for the hitmen....

beer costs the same at either game...

hitmen game: $20-$40/seat + $8.00/beer

flames game: $80+/seat (unless you sit in the sportchek zone and like watching on big screen tv's) + $8.00/beer

Jr hockey is exciting if you get into it and go to several games, i pretty much only go to flames games where i get given tickets or where i get good seats for a game i really want to see... IMO seasons tickets are good for companies to give to clients as some sort of incentive, but a waste on an individual purchase to see 41 games.

I have seasons to the flames ONLY to watch the other talent from the other teams. But if Sutter asks me, I tell him I love the flames but he knows I'm a wings fan. We joke about it all the time.

i dont like going to hitman games because i am surrounded by 10 year olds dancing around like at chucky cheese.
there is only one reason to go to a flames game... to watch real hockey.
i do not understand why anyone would RATHER have hitman tickets over flames.
yes cost of different, but so is the level of hockey/entertainment
