I did for a couple years, but i no longer have a dj bike :( Im heading out to fernie on saturday and panorama on sunday, if anyones gonna be in the area, COME RIDE!
Let me know how panorama is, I am heading out to BC this next weekend and was thinking about riding it. Rode COP today, another good day, worked the bugs out of my bike for the most part.
I just rode fernie on friday, it was great, other than the fact it was pouring rain and really muddy. I am going to COP again this sat if anyone is interested.
On a related note, does anyone have a BB to ISCG 05 adapter?? I just bought an ISCG 05 MRP chain guide but my bike doesn't have ISCG tabs so im looking for the adapter. I know a lot of e-13 guides come with the BB adapter so maybe someone has one kicking around they don't need?
I was going to try calgary cycle tomorrow as I've been told they are geared more towards the DH scene, but if that fails Bow was going to order me one.
Bow didn't have one in stock? Thats kinda whack, pretty sure I have one in stock, I sold a plain ISCG adapter today in fact.
I rode Kicking horse on Sunday and Thursday. Was decent, top stuff wasn't open. Super Berm is open from half way down, but the middle of what is open is kinda jank.
Riding either the Horse or Fernie this weekend. Not sure which one yet. I hear Fernie is decent, trails are getting buffed as we speak.
yea when I bought it the guy admitted they probably should stock something like that but they don't. I ended up stopping by Calgary cycle yesterday and bought one so I'm all set, the guy said they had tons, but they are also geared more towards dh than other stores around town.
Plans have changed, heading out on friday to COP, there are about 5 of us going so if anyone wants to meet up shoot me a text at 861-8604
Weird. CC is too small for me, to much **** in a tiny space. But if you want anything boutique, and in stock. Those are the guys to see. They always have the trendyest stuff in there. I might see you on Friday, I will probably be on a Red SX trail, or a white Flatline, depending on what I feel, maybe even something more special than all those combined! I hope option C.

yea i felt slightly claustrophobic in there haha and they were super busy. what bike shop do you work at??
I'll probably be heading to kicking horse this saturday if anyone is heading that way and wants to ride.
I rode the Horse on both days. I can barely lift a bike into a stand today, **** is brutal, spinning a wrench is embarrassing.
I guess when you ride open to close, back to back, with a no lunch, this is what happens.
So damn rough. Some friends rode it today and said it was pretty moist, so the trail crews were out in full force getting some of the stuff a bit more buffed.
I really want to hit Fernie, I hear it is in good shape.
A crew from the shop hit Silverstar July Long, and said it was heavenly, all buffed, and fast!
Nationals was at Panorama last weekend, and I was told it was rough, can't imagine how rough it is now after that many riders were riding that weekend, and another race is going down there this weekend as well.
I would imagine 7 is better shape after the rain they have been getting, a little more moist and a little less moon-dusty.
Was camping a Radium last week and we hit Panorama, WOW, no lines MT hill
wore us out
Can someone make a list of all the hills around say with in 5 hours drive or places you are able to camp close to.
Thanks Darryn
