Looking for suggestions on a double din cd player.

Like the title says I am looking for suggestions on a double din cd/ipod (iphone) player. Was looking at futureshop and visions for ideas and there is lots out there. The Volvo’s original head unit was removed and replaced with a really crappy single din JVC head unit.

Nav would be a nice addition but not required as it adds a lot to the price. It would also be nice if it interfaced with my iphone via Bluetooth but also not a requirement. More or less I am looking for something with a clean interface and will look good in the car.

Anyone have suggestions or options on what to get?

i work for FS in Home Theatre but my whole background is car! i just did the JVC in my buddy's Mazda 3 and it worked great...bluetooth was just ok tho cuz of the mic it uses, not like a factory set up...the Pioneer is always a good performing unit too...if u want i can get u some prices(im a dirty whore for hook ups ) and pm them to u 2moro!

Their price on that Pioneer deck is $200 less than futureshop retail (on their website today anyways).

A buddy of mine has ordered lots of stuff from them, no problems. One amp was fried out of the box, they replaced it quickly without a hassle.

I was looking at the Bose stuff on there, seems basic and does not come with all the extra flash which I sort of like. My old deck in my Jetta had jets or dolphins that would go across the screen… not something I really needed.

I too have used Sonicelectronix, bought my Kenwood deck there from them. I'm a big fan of Kenwood head units.

Turns out the volvo s70 does not have a true double din dash and requires a custom bezel for it.... so there goes that idea

I've installed many 3200bt and haven't had a problem. i like em. the bluetooth sounds clear.

Looks like I am wrong, a double din unit should install, there is a light mod that needs to be done but its nothing big.
