From what I've heard they only rolled out a 64-bit version of certain bits of the software. Does PS CS5 run on 32-bit?


I run 64-bit both at work and at home, so I'm curious if it will run for regular folks with regular computers.

(also, me want. where'd you get it?)

I have a pretty good laptop, I run 64 bit vista. Rondal.. gimme gimme! I love photoshop, just wasn't sure if I could do raw stuff in it. I'll look into lightroom too.

what you really need is adobe CS5 master suite.....

and guess who's got it.......muah hahahaha.

if you've got a fast machine, that program will reward you in spades

I am confused by this comment. How does a mac make it better? You have slower macs and faster macs, same with PC's....

Ummm, I just meant that I have CS5 for MAC and that I like it. It has some cool new tools.

You might need to download adobe's raw tools, but they're freeware. it's constantly being updated, but the RAW support has come a long ways from what it once was. PS CS5 is a better tool than anything on the market, hands down. RONDAL has is right, sir.

I shot all of the below with a lowly point and shoot Canon SD900. Some turned out good but it's more to do with volume of shots than skill or an awesome camera

See, that's weird, because After Effects CS5 is only 64 bit.

Probably because PS is a more widely used tool.
