yah i dislike it. i used it for about 30 minutes on the first day i got it. so today i figured i'd try it again. i put windows 7 on it and that's better. but still annoying. blah crap

is it mandatory to only half tune-in a radio station for on-hold music? i was just on hold for the entire length for a fuzzy version of Total Eclipse of the Heart from a company in the states.

I frequently deal with a tech support line that has a fuzzy radio station, they are a really big automation company so not sure why they can't solve the problem in house.

i notice that twist-off beer bottle caps are harder to twist off in the summer.

there must be some yearly recycle period where they melt down the old bottles. it must happen in sept. so by the time summer hits, the bottles are all worn down.
