    yeah you should be at the insurance office throwing a fit. even ICBC is easier to deal with than this. and people from richmond drive near me. it's insane.

      Time to publicly out your insurance provider. I also suggest as soon as this is over to go with a new company.

        Definitely agree. Your pay for insurance so that you're COVERED and things can be cleared up quickly. Of course ICBC works opposite to that, but that's what you get insurance for.
