Re: Challenge bylaw ticket after conviction

        you can challenge, post conviction
Done at the same place as traffic tickets (2nd floor), fill out a form, see a judge (some other floor), explain to the judge what happened. Maybe the judge will reverse the conviction, then you set a trial date (2nd floor) or talk to the prosecuter/bylaw prosecuter(?), they're right where the traffic plea-bargaining happens.

        for $70, it's a lot of work
        put.......put.......

        .... ... .. .

graeme and i changed my allroads timing belt, thermostat, water pump etc all on my residential street in North Vancouver. neighbours all over the place, "Oh, what's this? cool! what're you doing? oh that's awesome." so on and so forth.

too bad your neighbours suck ass. if you were draining oil, this might be a problem.

it is a lot of work for $70 ... but it's the principal! i'm gonna get to the bottom of this

also, the date on the ticket is Jan 13th 2010.. I am pretty sure i was in BC snowboarding. otherwise, if i was here, it was cold and i sure the heck wasn't working on one of my cars lol

i agree. the more i use osx, the more i appreciate windows.

i mean, sure.. windows has a lot of faults due to idiots who don't understand computing. but those who understand computers, don't experience the faults.

so is ignorance an excuse? no.

can society continue to technically evolve if we have no technical expectations?

we've done a great job at advancing with the "survival of the fittest" mentality. soon as things get cushy and ppl start to complain, we drop that attitude and become weak.

a weak technology is apple. apple prevents technological advancement by making their products useful for the mentally challenged.

and that is why apple, and all it's followers will find themselves deep beneath the earths crust working in mines.

same for anyone who uses firefox. shut up

                                yeah **** this city.

Wait until you have a car crushed, because a neighbor reported you for having a vehicle with no plates on your garage apron, because the tow truck was coming the next day. One goddamn day, the city towed it on a saturday, then proceeded to crush it, then sent us a bill for $300 for towing and crushing fees. Thanks for any heads up. If I found out who it was, they would also lose their car.

                                **** this city.

Trying to outlaw rafting down the elbow, closing race city, spending 50 million dollars on two pedestrian bridges, can't put two bucks into bike path maintenance, reducing parking downtown, then raising prices for transit and cutting hours, then not clearing the bike paths, so they are still covered in gravel and ****, making laws for the sake of making laws.

**** Bronco, we should light his house on fire.

We just got 5 new houses built across from us, and they area bunch of snooty rich folk, with M5's and other sick cars. The other day I was going to get into my van, to drive to work and the guy had the balls to ask me when I planned on selling my vehicle, as it made the place look like a slum.

There is a single patch of rust on the door about 2" by 2". Are you fucking kidding me? How about I smash all the windows in your X5 M, then torch it. Then we would look like a slum, fucking dick.

End rant. People are getting ridiculous, thank god I am going to Asia this winter, for a few months in a simpler place.
