Going old school today and a classic video and song from The Police. When I was in high school a couple of my friends and I went through a period of The Police being in heavy rotation, as there were a lot ska and punk influences in their music, especially the early stuff. So I give you one of my all time fav tracks and got to love messing around in Hong Kong for a video too!

Die Antwoord - a 'Zef' group out of South Africa. I've been listening to their album $O$ for the last few days and I'm addicted. Definitely not everyone's cup of tea, though.

I am liking Sofi Needs A Ladder at the moment by Deadmau5.

Been neglecting this thread a bit lately but going to kick it old school a bit today and feature one of the most epic soundtracks ever; Judgment Night (the movie is not bad either). This was a soundtrack that brought together some of the biggest names in metal/rock and hip hop and produced some tracks that still rock to this day.

Judgment Night has to be one of the most original awesome music sound tracks for a mediocre movie ever. That soundtrack is infinity better then the movie (which was ok). I own a copy of it myself and I remember a friend having a copy where one of the songs was mixed differently.

I am still suprised it took him this long to offically release sofi needs a ladder. He has been playing it at shows for almost a year now. Same with Some Cords. His new stuff is not ver consistant with his previous work. Some dub step and some tech house

But on other notes, hes coming for the first time in calgary

Well going to post up a few tracks today as I am always a bit slacking on this thread of late. First a classic track that I think sounds like it could be brand new despite being over 10 years old and was reminded of this while watching the movie Go last night.

I have listened to the Daft Punk Tron Legacy Soundtrack a few times this week too and it is great stuff, but still very much a soundtrack and makes me want a new proper album, although I hope they get an Oscar nom for this! One of the tracks I enjoy the most at the moment though.
