Chateau Lake Louise Hotel Parking?

Anyone stayed there lately to fill me in here? I haven't been there for a good 10yrs... There website states that there's parking via parkade for $32 per night. OUCH! Does anyone know if there's any non-parkade parking there? Or do I just have to bend over and take it, just like w/ everything else there?

I was there a few weekends ago and we parked in a normal parking lot. Wasnt over night, but I cant see it really being a problem. I agree $32 per night is date rape!

if you are paying for a room and they still want that $32 bucks thats crap. try and bargain with someone

man that is a little steep for parking, at that price they better wash the cars and leave a mint on the seat .

Most higher end hotels in a major city have parking rates around that. When I was in Seattle last it was $36US a night for self park and $39 for valet at the Westin.
