Fire sale everything must go at rock bottom prices, looks like some large trees or poles of some sort fell across the hoods on alot of the cars, yet i didn't see one tree or poles anywhere near those cars?

I would sue the auctioneer with all restoration bills in hand + time spent at the austion + emotional distress.

Why would you sue the Auctioneer? You knew about the facility ahead of time, you didn't think of the wind-storm when putting your car in there, neither did the auctioneer. It isn't their fault. This is why you have insurance.
