Tunerworks not responding to emails?

Anybody else had or are having troubles like this? I've sent them 3 emails in about the last month and not a single one has been replied to. If this is just the case with Tunerworks and they don't respond to customer emails, does anyone else know where I could get Hawk brake pads installed in Calgary? TIA

I appologize for any inconvience we may have caused you, do you know who you were trying to speaking with? We currently have a few guys out of the office which may explain the missed email as they are not available to check them.

I was just sending my emails to the general "info@tunerworks.com" address, should I not have been?

Sorry about that, yes the info@tunerworks.com box is ok to send it to, it all goes to one box then the sales guys will get back to you from there, problem is the guy who manages the inbox has been out of the office so that is where the issue happened. My appologies again.

Aaron has responded to your email and I have responded to the one you sent me last night, you should recieve them shortly if you do not have them already.

This isnt the first time someone has had a problem with Tunerworks not responding to emails. So i wouldnt make excuses.

Although i will say that when i did go in the few times to Tunerworks, Jay was on his game and actually delivered as promised. This would be the only dude id go to if I still gave my business to Tunerworks.

what does that girl say on those late night infomercials? oh yea "pick up the phhooonnnee" haha, I wouldn't get on a shop's case for not responding to emails when the phone is the easiest and best way to get a hold of someone.

Im sure they get 20+ emails a day with people asking how much for this, how much for that, when can i book in etc etc.

That's why you put prices on your website so people don't have to email you asking the price!

Then it free's up time to answer other questions via email.

Thanks for all the comments everyone, we do appreciate any feedback and we are not "making excuses". Most poeple don't know or realize but our shop is VERY busy compared to what most people think they "see" when they come in the showroom, especially in the spring and summer. This is no excuse not to get back to customers but we try our very best to get back to everyone we can in a timely fashion.

Prices on the website will not happen anytime soon, if ever. Most of our products are special order and as everyone knows, the dollar flucuates on a daily basis. In order to get everyone the best pricing on their items, we quote on a per person basis to ensure everyone is getting what they need and at the best price we can give them.

We get 50+ inquirys a day during the slow months, more along the lines of 250+ inquirys (email and phone) a day during the summer months, I put in 12-14 hours a day during spring to help people like you guys get your pricing and items on time, and I still need another 6 hours a day to do everything I would like to do. We have hired a new sales guy and are working on possibly another position as well to help even more. If anyone has any issues with the shop for pricing or shipping or anything, please don't hesitate to let me know and I will do my best to get you what you need!

It is never our intention to not respond, push anyone away or recieve products late, we do our very best to take care of everyone and sometimes things are out of our control or slip through the cracks no matter how hard we try.
