Considering you need a service plan and the fact that when you usually start your car you are in rang of it (most have a 1KM range) I find this product utterly useless. It looks like it was made to just tie into the iphone app type rage and about nothing else.Name: Brent

Viper = Crap.
Autostart more reliable, I use to have a viper in a couple past cars and had nothing but issues withCertified 3m installer
