Re: Where to get custom fit earphones
As far as I've been told, you can go see an ear doctor to get a mold made of your ears, the same as if you were to be fitted for a hearing aid, then send that by mail and your headphones will arrive in a few weeks. -KRKR

Re: Where to get custom fit earphones
I can't speak for anything other than the Etymotic products, but I'm pretty sure their custom fit hf2's are only available in the UK. At least they only list UK locations to get a custom fitting done. Same for their musicians earplugs which are only in the states. I've got the hf2's and the baby blu earplugs, both with the triple flange design are incredible!
Best of luck!

Re: Where to get custom fit earphones
I have a set of ER4p's (I think that is what they are) and they come with 3 pairs of inserts, one of which should fit you fine. For my ears I use a small on the right and a medium on the left.
The sound from them is pretty amazing, however as a by-product of them giving near perfect reproduction they are quite 'cold' sounding (not unlike my AKG studio headphones) and you may find yourself wanting/needing to EQ the heck out of your music to get the sound you like.

Re: Where to get custom fit earphones
any hearing place can get the moulds done and then you can attach them to pretty much any high end monitor including the SHure's. I was just reading about that when i opened up my packagingTeam Highschool
