For the Wednesday night thing, it's on a private booking so there is really no posting of the time/dates.

Seeing that their seems to be some interest in this, I'll throw up our ice times when we have our drop in sessions.

i might be missing some of what you call 'full gear' what would i need exactly? i am probably just missing shoulder/elbow pads.

i would be down for a late night on the weekends, or earlier times on weeknights. unfortunately for me almost any night works EXCEPT for wednesdays. but lemme know if any different times get booked. i'll most likely come out of my shell and just do it

The team is currently at max, and from past posts I say you're far above the skill level of most on the team

However we can always use more for Shinny on Wednesdays.

you have no idea how much better your game gets when you play more than once a week or every 10 days. you get a rhythm going and you will notice significant improvement in not only conditioning, but ability. its like anything, practice practice practice.

i notice if i take 2 weeks off i come back and im slow as hell and cant get my speed and hands up. play 4 times in a week and its not and issue. you'd think you'd be bagged after that much hockey but its the opposite

Yea I typically play 4 times a week (one league game, Wednesday nights, and 2 city of Calgary drop in games)

As a newbie to the sport I've notice substantial gains, compared to the guys that are playing once a week.
