Home builders, anyone use Trico??

Wondering if anyone out there have built a home lately? Looking at getting a home built by Trico. Looking for some reviews thats all.

Read both of those post and they are a few years old and during the upward side of the boom, when I'm sure that at least one person had a problem with even the "best" builder. I'm hoping to find some recent reviews, but I'll take any info that I can get old or new.
