Shared garage space

I am looking at renting some heated garage space this fall and winter. I have found a potential place, but it is a 2 car garage. Would anyone be interested in renting half of it?

You plan on wrenching over the winter or just storing? Would be interested if there was little to no movement inside the garage over the winter months.

I plan on working on a car. Obviously if the space was shared, I would not be crossing in to the other tennants side.

May be interested in winter storage for two bikes etc and occasional use as a "shop" -- heated? electricity?
