Jetta Laser Scan - Slow day at work

So we have a 3d laser scanner at work. Needed to test some procedures, so we used my car. This machine will scan at 0.5mm spacing, but this run was done at 5mm. Jpeg export doesn't really do it justice. The realtime manipulation is much cooler.

If any of you saw the Daily Planet where they were scanning the Tower of Pisa, this is the same machine.
