Go to the Apple store in the Market mall. You'll have to make an appointment with an "Apple Genious" they check it out and such.
I was getting out of my car when the strap around my keys caught on the handbrake, my phone was hurled at the ground like a rock.....nothing but a white screen. I went the the Apple store, made an appointment....Boom new phone.
The guy in front of me had a shattered screen and they replaced his phone as well.Comment
