Imagine the people that made the decisions to just tow the vehicle, and the tow truck driver/tow company. I think their case is a winner in this, they filed a police report, they have parts coming in...

I bet the city will make up some excuse and the poor bastard will have to deal with the dmgs on his own. This would boil my blood, especially the dragging away.

It was sitting there for almost a week. I dunno about you, but I'd be getting 2 spare wheels and having it towed myself, not just leaving it there for who knows how long...
