how'd you know they have to come out? I've been having a tooth ache the last couple days on far back teeth, and I havent been to the dentist in a few years now. i assume wisdom teeth need to be yanked?

well if you get major pains in the rears of your mouth usually on the bottom then yea they probably have to come out.. i got to the dentist every 6 months so they've been watching them forever. I'm lucky though the 1300 bucks i got charged doesn't hurt me a bit.. good thing for benefits..

It's definately a good idea to visit a dentist to see if need to get yours removed. They can do this X-Ray that goes around your whole head and gets a huge picture of your teeth. It's much better to have them out *before* they start hurting because if they hurt they may have already done damage. Quite often wisdom teeth grow in odd directions, sometimes growing right into the roots of your other teeth. I had that, but I got mine done before anything bad happened... before they started to hurt even.

my bro gets his teeth cleaned with the Unis plan.. his 6 month cleanings are 100% free other than a 12$ fee for fluoride if you want that or not.. his wisdom teeth are getting done soon too and he has to pay 50% so 600-700 for all 4 i imagine .. still a good price but damn recovery sucks.. i just had to blend a can of chunky soup and then i had eat it so slow and can't chew at all..

No offence, but being a son of someone in the medical field...I suggest you don't tell other people to go places just because the procedure took 30 mins haha.

                          LOL

I am getting mine out at the end of October. I am also not going under. Luckilly, I am a genetic freak and only have 2 wisdom teeth.

                          Still going to suck.

well, if they are really embedded, then it will be worse on you, more swelling and such. So hope they aren't in their too deep!

it was close to an hour paul but seemed about 30 minutes. These guys pull teeth all day long they are the best at it. Just a suggestion to people
