  • How old are your tires?

I just had this link come into my inbox. I hope it's not a repost. It's dated july 24,2008.

It's definately worth a watch for anyone who didn't know about the shelf life of tires and how some tire retailers are selling outdated tires as "brand new."

as long as there not in the sun and stored correctly your fine.
i bought tires from an Arizona Military compound for my 68 ford truck and they looked like brand new and they were like 25 years old.
    Sealed in Nitrogen.
    10 dollars a tire and 15 dollars for a Clutch Kit.(never had a problem)

Just like buying Bottled Water,Never buy water that is stored by windows unless you like fungi.
Tap Water is better.(just a reference)

if properly stored you won't have a problem..but if you have a bad flat matching the tire will be.
