Yeah, I'm mad.:angry: My ECU came in today and they called me to arrange for me to pick up the part. The woman I've been talking to to order the part was nice, but the son of ***** parts dude (or whatever the hell he does there) was the most condescending piece of crap I've have ever spoken with. No soft skillz whatsoever. If there is one thing I have a low tolerance for, it is poor customer service. I have an even lower tolerance for customer service that try and make you sound stupid and I have the least amount of tolerance for "customer service" that outright say "You don't know what you are doing". That pisses me off. Soft skills, damn it. I can handle it if they try and point me in the right direction, but insults put me over the edge.
Man, was I fuming. I told them to keep their piece of crap. They charged me a %20 restocking fee to send back to MD. That pissed me off, but I feel better knowing that C1 may become and APR dealer and hopefully they will have DPP.
