i'm on beyond kinda often and noticed that as well, i'm always nervous about leaving my car. not much you can do about it, kinda hope mechanics treat your stuff like it's not there's but a valued customer. so far i'm not having much lucky getting the little things fixed in my car, the dealer says they can't notice them. i seem to notice it every time i drive.
There is usually a mis-communication between clients to advisors to technicians. So it was not uncommon for things to be missed or overlooked. Now that I have full reigns on my techs I make sure the tech knows what kind of issue the client vehicle is having and I test drive with them to make sure the issue is solved. Also if there is any doubt where the issue is with the car I talk to the client and if needed road test with them to confirm.
There is no excuse for bagging on customer cars or dealership cars and it's not tollerated. if any of my techs were caught doing this it would be grounds for immediate termination. If you want to kick the siht out of a car take your own to the track.

this is why i turn off my boost controller and lock it in its hiding spot. i usually prefer if i am valeting my car it simply get left up top and they park it. some dickhead at the sheraton almost tore my bumper off taking it into the underground there

Looks like the owner is gonna ***** out and do nothing.
He went in to talk to the Service manager and he was out... thats bitching out?
MMMmkay.
In reality.. the only thing he could really prove was caused by a testdrive is paint chips on his newly painted car... so there isnt much he can really get out of it besides personal satisfaction of someone getting canned.

In my opinion, yes that is b!tching out. I would have gone down to the dealership the minute I heard that my car was being taken out for joy rides. I wouldn't give a sh!t if the service manager is there or not, I would have asked to speak to the manager immediately. I have freaked out for less, just ask action muffler and deluxe autoworks in Edmonton. MMMmkay
Up until this point, it appears he has only called to speak to the service manager. Had I called and they told me he was away, I would have asked to speak to someone else, not wait until the service manager is back.
I do agree that there is nothing he can prove without cold hard facts, but it is the principle. If your willing to let people walk all over you, its your own fault.
I would be talking to the owner and making them piss their pants with my use of strong words and anger. There is no reason for s%&t like that and he should be a hell of a lot madder then he is coming across in his posts.
