Waterproof Digital Camera?

Since buying our Nikon D40x a while back, the wifey and I realized that we really miss having a small point and shoot camera. We decided that if we are going to spend MORE money on cameras, we might as well get a water proof one so we can take it snorkling and shallow scuba diving...any suggestions? We looked at one Canon and one Olympus last night, both of which were very nice...the Olympus was only good to 10ft. whereas the Canon was good to 33ft.

I have the Olympus 770SW and it has been great. Waterproof, Shockproof etc. I have taken it to Mexico, Skiing, and Europe without any problems. The only thing is you need to read the manual on how to tweak the settings. Its not the best right out of the box.
