I need some help......please

Question for the computer guys,

I usually watch legit downloaded videos on my Xbox 360 by plugging my 2g memory stick into the front usb port and it works great.

I recentally turned a Seagate 250g internal hard drive to an external harddrive with a Nextar External Harddrive enclosure. As can be seen here:

This hardrive works great with my computer but my Xbox 360 will not recognize it.

Could someone tell me what I am doing wrong? Or what I could do to make this work?

I have an external drive (250 Gb comstar) that I tried plugging into mine, and it didn't recognize it either.

I was curious about your issue so did a little digging, and found this. Looks like there is a 4gb limit but you can format an external HDD to work.

thanks, I also did a little more digging and figured out that I might just need to partition my harddrive and hopefully it will work out.
