Reception is pretty good although i've dropped calls in Rocky Ridge. Clarity is as good as any other phone I've had or borrowed. Battery life could be better as the color display sucks juice like a mofo. It is really light and well built. The guy at the phone centre took it and smashed the back. He said that he would never even attempt that with the LG (the one that looks similar). It has tons of features you prob don't need. I like the calc layout, the calender, the screen savers, you can change the led color for diff callers and the time zone map. My screen saver changes from daytime to nighttime backgrounds. You can DL polymorphic ringers til the cows come home. $1.50 per ringtone. The only thing I wished you could do was upload pics and ringers off your comp.

All in all, a pretty decent phone.
