Hey guys I have a client who has a car stuck out east he needs to get back to Calgary here and I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions towards a good transport company to go with from the east coast?

I have moved back and forth from Van to TO to Van to TO To Calgary and have used Hanson's Forwarding each time. Never any issues or damage. Can take a bit of time to get of the train depending on the yard schedule. They will pick it up and drop it off more or less anywhere you like. The people at the Sutton Place Hotel in Van did not seem pleased that I arranged for a flatbed to drop my car off in their entryway though. A buddy of mine used Hansons with moderate success...meaning, the car got here in one piece BUT it was waaayyyy behind schedule. I think it ended up taking more than 6 weeks to get his car from Halifax to Calgary...and they quoted 3.Kyle

Right company or not the criticizm is accurate. The train schedule thingy is the downside for sure. It was realy only a drag on one trip.John

I used J.Simons to bring the S4 out from Ontario it took something like 6 days to get here was a good overall experience good price no problems quick and easy.

I think in the end it came to 960 or 980 thats dropping off at the train yard and picking up straight from the yard as well.2020 Toyota Corolla Hatch (At least its a Manual!)

I ship vehicles and heavey equipment. I use USHIP.com. Leave it up and people bid on it. Most of the time the shipping gets very competitive. Check it out. Rail is another good way. Not sure on the prices but I do know for what I ship they are twice as much as trucking it across the country.
