Just go to a Bell store, but make sure you get a good phone, my friend did the same and has had nothing but problems with his phone and the customer service has not been great.
May I ask why you are leaving Rogers, just curious and my mom works for themBlair

I'm leaving Rogers because I am not too happy with the reception my phone gets. Also, Bell has better plans for the price and they just introduced a long distance plan. If you mom can get me a good deal on plans/phones through Rogers I may stay. I have finished my contract and am just paying per month now.

My mom cannot do that kind of stuff but if you call Rogers, since you have been a customer and do not have a contract they maybe able to offer you something to get you to stay. I also prefer Nokia phones have had lots and have always been good, Motorolas have poor battery life, but my Mom had a T720 with color screen and she said it was pretty good compared to some others which may still be sitting on the side of the deerfootBlair

If you are having trouble with reception it is often the phone and not the service. Many of the phones have crappy antennas or power or I dont know what. Just get 2 or 3 guys who are all on Rogers to stand next to each other with different phones and you will see that the reception will not be the same for all of them.KR
