I don't believe telus owns Koodo. It appears that they do not have any affiliation beyond renting telus towers.

Bell also has similar plans as koodo, under solo mobile which is aimed at the same market koodo is. However the more exspensive Koodo plans do have some advantages.

Koodo thanks, that is the one. It is indeed owned by Telus.

Last year, Telus registered the name Koodo Mobile in various provinces, along with the Web domain name koodomobile.ca.

I think we'll see the iPhone significantly before January. Just my gut feel. We might even see them on June 9th.
