Gas is cheap in canada compared to what im seeing here in Europe atm, in Poland a liter of gas is about 4.60pln at the moment which is around $2.16cad. Comparing the wages that people earn down here to what we earn back in Calgary we have it pretty good.

I am on Vancouver Island in Nanaimo and gas just went up to $1.52 a litre for reg today

Can someone explain why gas prices are getting higher and my engine oil dropped .50 cents a litre.

ya. why doesn't just regular oil go up? i'd way rather pay a little more for oil changes each time than gas. i guess refining, transporting, etc, has to do with it but does any one else find it strange that a liter of castrol doesn't cost 10 bucks?

i saw 136 in the NW coming into downtown today.. was still 129.9 in airdrie last night when i got home..

Its sitting around 131.9 around Didsbury/Olds/Carstairs.
When I was up at Bert & Jacks I saw 134.1 on Mcleod

I'm in BC right now and $1.45 is about the norm.

I'm still pretty excited about gas prices.

nothing to do with gas prices but it is tuesday..

An elderly couple, who were both widowed, had been going out with each other for a long time. Urged on by their friends, they decided it was finally time to get married.


Before the wedding, they went out to dinner and had a long conversation regarding how their marriage might work. They discussed finances, living arrangements, and so on.


Finally, the old gentleman decided it was time to broach the subject of their physical relationship. 'How do you feel about sex?' he asked, rather tentatively-


'I would like it infrequently' she replied.
